Breeana Danielle Essrig is an American actor. Born April 21, 1990 She is also a writer, host comedian, and host. SourceFed's host for 2015 was Essrig. In 2017 she was promoted to the lead role on the #whatshappening daily Twitter series. In 2013, Essrig came out publicly as bisexual on The Rubin Report. Since then, she's been a public advocate against bi-erasure, bullying, body shaming and sexual assault. Essrig co-hosted The Young Turks news, PopTrigger's channel for pop culture, from 2012 to 2015. She was also host and writer on SourceFed (2015-2017). She has appeared as an guest host on various websites. Elizabeth Banks' funny website WhoHaha hosted her. Essrig was awarded an Shorty Award nomination in 2017 as the Best Comedian. She has performed at conventions and festivals as a celebrity guest host, commentator, or host.
